Let's see, we'll build a big to curb those pesky cyber security issues that keep popping up, and, oh, let's add some language in there as an amendment to the bill to put an end to "high capacity magazines" just in case. Well, such is the thinking of some high-profile democrats (Boxer, Schumer, etc.) in the House. By any means necessary, huh?
