EPA to Mandate 4 Gallon Gas purchases

You like gas, right? So why not buy 4 gallons worth -obligatory- whenver you go to fill up! That's the call the EPA is deciding to make regarding your gasonline purchases. Doesn't sound too bad, right? Unless you are getting gas for the lawn mower, moped, or any other engine that doesn't require 4 gallons to operate.
